Item Description
Grisole
Hurdles made up of vertical reeds horizontally bound up by a "pavera" every half venetian foot (m. 0,1735) in order to form a system. They can be from two feet (m. 0,694) to ten feet (m. 3,47) high, depending on their having four or twenty bindings called "dresse". There are "grisole" bound up at every simple reed and called "pezzoni"; or bound up at every bundle and called "bogioni".
