Geographic Range it is native to the Mediterranean regions.
Physical Characteristics perennial plant; it may grow up to 30-60 centimeters. It has a wooden and branched stem; bright and slightly hairy leaves. Lower leaves are obovate, deeply carved and pedunculate. Upper leaves are lanceolate, sessile, and serrate. Flowers are small, violet and are situated in thin and long spikes. It flowers from July to September.
Notes it reproduces by seed or by cutting.
Habitat disturbed soils, meadows, uncultivated lands, roadsides.
